Inflatable Boards - 3 Year Limited Warranty
Squid iSUPs are currently available for purchase directly from SquidPaddleCo.com only. If you are the original purchaser, we offer a limited warranty against any defect in workmanship or materials that covers three years from the date of purchase.
Please be aware that an iSUPs lifespan depends on how well it’s taken care of and how much use it gets. Our inflatable boards are durable but they don’t last forever. Factors such as heat and UV can accelerate the aging process of iSUPs, so please take care of your board so you can paddle it for a long, long time.
The Squid limited warranty does NOT cover the following:
Paddles - 1 Year Limited Warranty
Please be advised our carbon/maple paddle layup is designed especially for lightness and superior performance and will not stand up to abuse like a paddle made from plastic or aluminum.
Paddles purchased directly from SquidPaddleCo.com or one of our Authorized Retailers in Canada and the USA are warranted against defects in manufacturing and workmanship for one year from the date of purchase. Within this warranty period all paddles found to have defects will be repaired, replaced or have a credit issued at the sole discretion of Squid.
This warranty applies to the original purchaser only and does not cover damage or breakage from impacts, abuse or improper care.
Bags and Leashes - 2 Year Limited Warranty
All Squid soft goods including bags and leashes are guaranteed for two years from the date of purchase. This guarantee is only valid to the original purchaser against defects in material and workmanship. If a product is found to be defective during this period due to a manufacturing failure, Squid will repair or replace the product, at our discretion.
